Jamshaid is currently the CTO of ibex., a global tech and BPO organization. With over 20 years of experience in technology leadership, he has overseen the development of AI-powered platforms, secure cloud infrastructure, and enterprise software used across international markets.
He began his career with the launch of Pakistan’s first call center for Align Technology and went on to lead IT strategy through TRG’s major acquisitions. He later played a key role in ibex.’s growth and public listing on NASDAQ.
At ibex., he drives innovation in CX technology with a focus on intelligent automation. His vision for Ibex’s technological growth has reduced cost and improved customer experience. He leads seasoned IT teams with a focus on scalability, and ethical AI, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, customer engagement, and business value.
Under Jamshaid, ibex. won the international Customer Experience Innovation Award in 2023 and 2025 for WaveX, Most Innovative Company of the Year Award, and Top Exporter Award In Pakistan.
